Probation Referrals
We work with probation departments, court-related programs, diversion initiatives, and community supervision agencies to provide behavioral health treatment and support for individuals seeking to improve emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, address substance use concerns, and achieve personal goals. Our approach emphasizes accountability, personal growth, and long-term stability.
School Referrals
We collaborate with school social workers, guidance counselors, school psychologists, administrators, and student support teams to provide therapeutic services for adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, academic, or family-related challenges. We understand the importance of maintaining communication and coordination, with appropriate consent, to support student success across settings.
Hospital & Healthcare Referrals
We provide timely behavioral health services for individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization, emergency department visits, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, and other levels of care. Our goal is to support successful discharge planning and reduce barriers to ongoing treatment by facilitating a smooth transition into outpatient services.
